Job Description
Business Development Manager
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to connect with prospective clients, explain our preschool franchise business model, conduct follow-ups and convert qualified leads into franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct calls and online meetings with prospects
- Present franchise opportunities and business benefits
- Follow up consistently and close deals
- Maintain lead and sales records
- Achieve monthly sales and closure targets
Skills: Excellent communication, convincing & negotiation skills, sales mindset and ability to work independently.
