Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Generate revenue through property sales and client acquisition
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations
  • Monitor team productivity, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Develop sales strategies and market expansion plans
  • Handle escalations and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with HR and management for hiring and team development
  • Maintain daily MIS reports and sales pipeline tracking
  • Ensure discipline, reporting, and target achievement within the team
