F&B & Retail | Delhi NCR
💰 ₹25K–₹50K + Incentives
🏢 Office-Based + Client Meetings
💼 1–3 Years Experience
What You'll Do
- Generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Find and connect with potential clients and brands.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate meetings and site visits.
- Negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Drive deals from lead generation to successful closure.
- For senior roles, manage and guide junior BD team members.
What We're Looking
- For 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B / Real Estate / Leasing.
- Good English communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Confident, target-oriented and proactive.
- Experience in F&B, Retail, Real Estate, Leasing or B2B Sales preferred.
- Team management experience preferred for senior-level candidates.
