Elderly Caregiver – Bedridden Elderly Lady

Location: [Delhi / West Patel Nagar]

Position: Full-Time Elderly Caregiver

Patient: 86-year-old lady, post-surgery, currently bedridden and living alone

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day personal care and assistance to the elderly lady.
• Help with bathing, changing clothes, toileting and diaper changing, as required.
• Assist with feeding, drinking water and prescribed medicines.
• Help with position changes in bed and maintain comfortable positioning.
• Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness and basic room hygiene.
• Observe and report any changes in her condition, appetite, sleep, pain, fever, swelling, etc.
• Assist with doctor visits, physiotherapy or hospital visits, when required.
• Provide companionship and ensure she is safe and comfortable.
• Prepare or assist with simple meals as required.
• Keep family members informed about her daily condition and any concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in caring for elderly or bedridden patients preferred.
• Patient, caring, responsible and trustworthy.
• Physically capable of assisting with transfers and repositioning.
• Basic understanding of medicines and elderly care.
• Should be comfortable working in a home where the elderly lady is living alone.
• References and previous employer details preferred.

Full-time / Live-in preferred. Immediate joining preferred.
