Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise civil construction projects from planning to execution.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, designers, and clients.
- Prepare and review project estimates, BOQs, drawings, and material requirements.
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper site execution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and budgets.
- Handle residential and commercial construction projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in civil construction and project execution.
- Good knowledge of Interior Design and Interior Fit-Out Works is mandatory/preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, estimation, and project planning.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple sites and projects.
Preferred Candidate:
A proactive and responsible Civil Engineer with practical site experience and a good understanding of both Civil Construction and Interior Works.
