Job Description
We are hiring a Business Retention Manager to manage customer grievances, resolve complex queries, and drive customer retention. You will be the primary point of contact for at-risk clients, transforming complaints into retention opportunities by providing deep-dive solutions based on our plans and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Grievance Redressal: Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints empathetically.
- Customer Retention: Identify at-risk accounts, manage objections, and implement win-back strategies.
- Policy Consultation: Provide detailed information on company plans and policies to match customer needs.
- De-escalation: Manage high-pressure customer issues professionally to minimize churn.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix root causes of recurring issues.
