Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for overdue and pending payments.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Handle customer queries and negotiate payment commitments.
  • Conduct field visits for recovery when required.
  • Maintain accurate collection records and daily reports.
  • Escalate long-pending or difficult cases to the reporting manager.
  • Ensure professional and compliant collection practices.
