Collection Executive – Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Collection Executive to handle overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments. The role involves regular customer follow-ups, maintaining records in CRM, and achieving assigned collection targets.
The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, basic knowledge of EMI/loans, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced NBFC environment. Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in collections, telecalling, or finance can apply.
