## Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Matrimonial Sales Executive to assist clients with matrimonial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer registration, sharing suitable matrimonial profiles, promoting premium membership plans, and achieving sales targets through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

## Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

* Explain the company's matrimonial services and membership plans.

* Assist customers with the registration process and profile creation.

* Share suitable matrimonial profiles based on customers' preferences and requirements.

* Promote and sell premium membership packages and value-added services.

* Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

* Resolve customer queries and provide exceptional customer support.

* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.

* Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.

## Qualifications

* Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary 12th Pass.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

* Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or the matrimonial industry will be an advantage.

## Compensation & Benefits

* **Freshers Salary:** ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

* **Experienced Candidates Salary:** ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance and experience). Candidates with relevant experience will be offered a salary higher than their last drawn CTC, subject to evaluation.

## Working Hours

* **Full-time Position**

* **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

* **Weekly Off:** Sunday.
