Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan and financial products.
- Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collection teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily activity reports and update CRM records.
