Job Description / कार्य विवरण:
कंपनी में जो कस्टमर्स अपना Trading/Demat Account ओपन करते हैं, अकाउंट ओपनिंग के दौरान आने वाली समस्याओं (Issues) को सॉल्व करना और उन्हें बेहतरीन कस्टमर सपोर्ट प्रदान करना।
महत्वपूर्ण शर्त (Important Note): इंटरव्यू और ट्रेनिंग प्रक्रिया का हिस्सा यह है कि उम्मीदवार का आदित्य बिरला (Aditya Birla) पर अपना खुद का सेल्फ डीमैट अकाउंट (Self Demat Account) बनाना अनिवार्य है।
