Data Entry Operator

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator to support our market research team. The role involves entering, organizing, checking, and updating research-related information using online platforms and internal systems.

Training will be provided. Freshers with good computer knowledge, written English, and attention to detail are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in online portals, spreadsheets, and company systems
• Collect basic information from publicly available online sources
• Follow the instructions and formats provided for each assignment
• Check data for spelling mistakes, missing information, and inconsistencies
• Organize research information in a clear and structured manner
• Prepare basic summaries and reports when required
• Complete assigned work within the given deadlines
• Maintain the confidentiality of company and project information
• Coordinate with the research and project management team
• Follow company quality, compliance, and internet usage guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates may also apply
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Sheets
• Good reading comprehension and basic written English
• Good typing speed with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Freshers and candidates with previous data entry experience are welcome
