Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to customers for pending payments.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure timely collections.
  • Handle customer queries related to payments.
  • Maintain daily call and collection records.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Hindi communication required; English preferred.
