Job Opening – Debt Recovery Executive(Telesales)

Position: Debt Recovery Executive (DRA Certified)

Location: Patparganj, Delhi

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred in Debt Recovery / Collection


Job Description - We are looking for a DRA Certified Debt Recovery Executive to join our collection team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and follow-ups for outstanding payments.
  • Manage collection/recovery cases and achieve assigned targets.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Requirements:

  • DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery/collection preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and professional approach.
