E-Commerce Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listing optimization, advertising, inventory management, returns handling, and product image designing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & SEO

• Create and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Conduct keyword research and improve product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and search rankings.
• Monitor listing performance to increase visibility and sales.

2. Advertising & Marketing

• Set up and manage Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
• Optimize ad budgets and campaigns to achieve better sales and ROI.

3. Returns & Claims Management

• Handle customer returns, courier returns, and RTO orders.
• File SPF and SAFE-T claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect returned products.
• Follow up with marketplace support teams for claim approvals and reimbursements.

4. Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor inventory and stock levels across all marketplaces.
• Manage daily orders, cancellations, dispatches, and stock updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.

5. Product Designing & Image Editing

• Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop.
• Create white-background images, product infographics, and promotional banners.
• Ensure images meet marketplace guidelines and attract customers.
• Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho.
• Experience in product listing SEO and marketplace advertising.
• Knowledge of returns, SPF/SAFE-T claims, and account management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
