Job Title: E-commerce & Marketplace Executive

Location: Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces and B2B platforms.

The role will involve product research, marketplace listings, order management, platform operations, and basic marketplace marketing across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Blinkit, Zepto, and other relevant e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research products and identify the right products/categories for different e-commerce and B2B platforms.
• Create, upload and optimise product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications and keywords.
• Manage marketplace accounts and ensure products remain active, accurate and updated.
• Monitor incoming orders, process orders and coordinate internally to ensure timely dispatch.
• Generate invoices/bills and complete all necessary order-processing and marketplace documentation before dispatch.
• Track order status, cancellations, returns, replacements and other marketplace-related issues.
• Coordinate with the internal dispatch/warehouse team to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
• Maintain inventory and marketplace stock updates to avoid overselling or stock-outs.
• Monitor product performance, sales, pricing, competitors and customer reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales on each platform.
• Have a basic understanding of marketplace advertising, promotions, sponsored listings and other platform-level marketing tools.
• Track marketplace metrics and prepare basic reports on sales, orders, inventory and product performance.
• Stay updated on new platforms, product trends and opportunities across e-commerce, B2B and quick-commerce.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or online sales.
• Hands-on understanding of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Blinkit or Zepto.
• Good understanding of product listing, catalogue management and order processing.
• Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable independently managing day-to-day marketplace operations.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
