Junior E-Commerce Executive – Amazon & FlipkartLocation: Delhi NCR

About the Role

VOLTZ is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Executive to support our Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace operations. The candidate will work closely with the Marketplace Growth Manager and Operations Team to ensure smooth and timely execution of daily marketplace activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces.
• Maintain and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing and inventory.
• Monitor orders, inventory, cancellations, returns and marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely order processing.
• Handle marketplace claims, reimbursements, returns and support tickets.
• Monitor suppressed listings, listing errors, pricing issues and account notifications.
• Support preparation and execution of major marketplace sales events such as BBD and GIF.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports/MIS using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Track competitor pricing, keywords, offers and product listings.
• Maintain SKU-wise sales and inventory data and highlight stock-out risks.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse and other departments whenever required.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace operations.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in marketplace claims, returns, cataloguing and seller support tickets will be preferred.

Important: This is an execution-focused role. The candidate must be comfortable with daily reporting, Excel work, follow-ups and taking ownership of assigned marketplace tasks.

Compensation: ₹22,000–₹25,000 fixed + up to ₹3,000 monthly performance incentive based on defined KPIs.
