Job Description
Junior E-commerce Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹3,000 per month
Experience: 0–2 years
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Executive to join our growing team and help manage our online sales operations across marketplaces and our website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces
- Update product listings, prices, inventory and product information
- Monitor orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch
- Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts team for smooth order fulfilment
- Monitor cancellations, returns, replacements and customer complaints
- Respond to customer queries and help resolve issues quickly
- Track marketplace sales, orders and basic performance reports
- Monitor product ratings, reviews and listing quality
- Assist in improving product visibility and online sales
- Coordinate with the senior/manager for promotions, offers and marketplace activities
- Maintain proper records and trackers for online operations
What We Are Looking For:
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces is preferred
- Freshers with a strong learning attitude can also apply
- Should be organised, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, sales and accounts teams
Compensation:
₹20,000–₹22,000 fixed salary + up to ₹2,000 performance incentive
The performance incentive will be linked to work quality, order processing, marketplace performance and achievement of assigned targets/KPIs.
