Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Telesales Executive – E-Commerce Account Management to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to potential sellers, manufacturers, and brands to introduce them to our e-commerce marketplace management services (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and convert them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Connect with prospective online sellers, business owners, and brand manufacturers via phone calls and WhatsApp to introduce our e-commerce management solutions.
  • Client Pitching & Consultation: Understand seller pain points (such as low sales, unoptimized listings, or account issues) and pitch customized onboarding or account management packages.
  • Pipeline & Deal Closure: Follow up consistently with warm leads, negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales targets.
  • Account Onboarding Handoff: Coordinate with the internal operations and listing team to ensure seamless onboarding once a seller signs up.
  • CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily call logs, lead statuses, follow-up schedules, and conversion metrics in MS Excel / CRM software.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year of experience in telesales, B2B sales, inside sales, or telecalling; experience in e-commerce or digital services is a plus).
  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Skills & Mindset: Strong persuasion skills, target-oriented mindset, active listening, and a basic understanding of how online selling works (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Basic Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic smartphone/computer usage.
  • Language & Communication: Clear Hindi and basic conversational English skills.
