E-Commerce Executive For Meesho & Flipkart

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Meesho & Flipkart E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, account management, and resolving marketplace-related issues.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of Meesho and Flipkart seller accounts.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and pricing.
• Manage product catalogs, SKUs, inventory, and stock availability.
• Monitor and process daily orders and ensure timely dispatch.
• Handle cancellations, returns, RTOs, replacements, and customer-related issues.
• Manage Flipkart promotions, deals, offers, and visibility campaigns.
• Manage Meesho promotions, pricing, offers, and product performance.
• Monitor sales, orders, revenue, returns, cancellations, and account performance.
• Identify listing issues, suppressed products, quality issues, and catalog errors and coordinate with marketplace support for resolution.
• Monitor seller performance metrics and take corrective actions when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports using MS Excel.
• Analyze product performance and suggest ways to improve sales and conversion.
• Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Keep track of competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
• Maintain proper records of inventory, sales, returns, and marketplace-related issues.
• Required Skills1–3 years of experience in Meesho and Flipkart seller account management.
• Good knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Good knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of marketplace orders, returns, RTO, cancellations, and inventory management.
• Basic understanding of marketplace promotions and advertisements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily marketplace operations.
• Preferred CandidateExperience handling automotive/accessories or similar product categories will be preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working with multiple SKUs and large product catalogs.
• Should be proactive in identifying marketplace issues and resolving them quickly.
