Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings, catalogues, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
  • Upload product images, descriptions, keywords, and product specifications.
  • Handle orders, returns, cancellations, and inventory updates.
  • Monitor sales performance and marketplace account health.
  • Coordinate with teams for order fulfilment and customer queries.
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
  • Track competitor pricing, product rankings, and marketplace trends.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure marketplace policies and guidelines are followed.
