E-Commerce Marketplace Ads Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Ads Manager who can independently manage and scale advertising campaigns across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage daily/monthly advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization of ad spend.
• Handle PPC campaigns including keyword targeting, bidding, product targeting, placement, and campaign structure.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, ACoS, TACos and ad-attributed sales.
• Develop strategies to increase sales while maintaining profitable advertising spend.
• Analyze campaign and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, product, and market research for campaign planning.
• Manage seasonal campaigns, promotional campaigns, launches, and high-budget campaigns.
• Regularly review campaign performance and take corrective actions to improve ROI.
• Prepare weekly/monthly advertising performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
• Work closely with the marketplace/e-commerce team to align advertising strategy with sales and business targets.

Candidate Requirements.

• Proven experience managing ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and other online marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of PPC, campaign optimization, bidding, keyword strategy, and budget management.
• Experience handling high advertising budgets and achieving targeted ROAS/ACoS.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach with good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Should be capable of independently planning and executing advertising strategies.
• Candidates with proven experience in scaling marketplace sales through paid advertising will be preferred.
