eCommerce Operations Manager

We are Looking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day operations across various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, product listing maintenance, and overall marketplace performance while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock updates to prevent overselling or stock-outs.
• Process and track customer orders from receipt to dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle returns, cancellations, RTO (Return to Origin), and customer-related operational issues.
• Perform regular reconciliation of orders, settlements, and payouts.
• Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor seller account health metrics and take corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes and marketplace performance.

Required Qualifications.

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Seller Panel, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
