Electrical Technician

1. PRIMARY JOB ROLE - FITOUT ELECTRICAL WORK

- Execution of all electrical work in Commercial Office Interiors, Retail Shops, and Residential fit-outs.

- Wiring, cabling, DB dressing, MCB installation, light point wiring, power point wiring.

- Installation of lights - Downlight, Profile light, Track light, Chandelier, Cove light.

- Switch-Socket installation (Modular switches - Legrand, Schneider, Crabtree).

- False ceiling electrical cutting & wiring coordination.

2. SITE EXECUTION & COORDINATION

- Reading and understanding electrical layout drawings / SLD.

- Coordination with Interior Designer, POP team, and HVAC team for point marking.

- Material handling - Taking material from store, maintaining inventory of wires, switches, lights.

- Ensuring work as per approved drawing and client safety standards.

3. TESTING & SAFETY

- Testing of all circuits after completion with tester / multimeter.

- Earth testing, continuity testing, load checking.

- Ensuring no short-circuit, proper earthing, proper DB load balancing.

- Following all safety norms - no loose wiring, proper taping, proper safety gear.

- Troubleshooting & fault finding in case of electrical failure.

4. DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING

- Daily work progress report to Site Supervisor / Project Manager.

- Material requisition - informing in advance if material short.

- Maintaining tools and keeping site clean after work.

Required Skills:

- ITI in Electrician Trade + Wireman License will be preferred.

- Must have knowledge of commercial office electrical work.

- Knowledge of DB, MCB, ELCB, RCCB, LT Panel.

- Honest, punctual, and willing to work at different sites in Delhi NCR.
