Job Description

Starshield Paint Industry is looking for a target-oriented and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing field sales team. Candidates with experience in the paint industry, construction, or building materials are preferred. The candidate should be comfortable with market visits, dealer development, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote Starshield Paints & Coatings products in the assigned market.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new dealers and potential customers.
• Generate leads, book orders, and follow up for repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily sales reports, market visit records, and customer databases.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding amounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and expand the company's market presence.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Sales), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry.
• Candidates from construction or building materials sales may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field and market visits.
• Valid driving licence and own electric scooty/two-wheeler required.
• Personal laptop required for sales reporting and official communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and sales reporting.
