The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll represent Meridian directly to customers — engaging them one-on-one, identifying what they need, and helping them find the right fit among our clients products and services.

Along the way, you'll sharpen your persuasion skills, learn to navigate objections, and collaborate with your team to consistently hit targets. 

What We're Looking For

Education: 12th pass or graduate, any stream.

Skills: Confident communicator, at ease striking up conversations with new people in person.

Mindset: Driven, self-starting, and hungry to meet and beat targets.

Experience: None required — full training provided. We're hiring for drive and grit, not a polished CV.
