Job Role: Premium Service Executive – PhonePe

We are hiring for the role of Premium Service Executive (PSE) at PhonePe. This is a field-based role with 80% service work and 20% sales work.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned merchants and providing on-ground support and services related to PhonePe products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reactivation of inactive merchant accounts/devices.
• Handling product returns and return-related activities.
• Managing reverse pickup of devices from merchants.
• Completing and supporting merchant KYC processes.
• Visiting merchants to resolve service-related concerns and provide required assistance.
• Coordinating with merchants for device-related support and service requests.
• Maintaining proper records and updating the status of assigned activities.
• Identifying opportunities to promote relevant PhonePe products and services.
• Supporting sales and business activities as per the assigned targets.

Role Split:

• 80% Service Work
• 20% Sales Work

Candidate Requirements:

• Comfortable with field visits and travelling within the assigned area.
• Good communication and merchant-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payment applications.
• Ability to manage service activities and achieve assigned targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the location requirement.
