Job role: TEAM LEADER (Recruit > Activate >Team Management > Team Development >Team Building > Drive Sales Through Team ONLY).
During the ON JOB TRANING( PRACTICAL + THEORY) According to your Performance.
The ON JOB TRAINING ( Practical ) will be OF Approx. 3 months. Currently, IRDA Training will be provided via ZOOM app.
