Fitness Trainer

Role 1: Club ManagerKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily gym operations and ensure a premium, welcoming experience for all members.Drive membership sales, manage renewals, and handle client inquiries effectively.Manage, evaluate, and train gym staff, ensuring high performance and floor discipline.Maintain facility cleanliness, oversee equipment maintenance, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.Role 2: Personal TrainerKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and design customized, goal-oriented workout programs.Guide members through safe and effective exercise techniques, ensuring proper form.Motivate clients, track their progress, and adapt training plans to help them achieve their fitness goals.Promote personal training packages and assist with general gym floor duties.Candidate Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the fitness industry.Education: 12th Pass or higher (Relevant fitness/PT certifications are required for the Trainer role).Language: Fluent in Hindi with Basic English communication skills.Age: 18 to 35 years.Location: Candidates residing within 10 km of our Dwarka facility will be given preference.If you have a passion for fitness, strong leadership skills, and a drive for business growth, apply today to join the Fitlean Fitness team!
