Gardener

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and experienced Gardener to maintain the farm house garden, lawns, plants, trees, and outdoor areas. The candidate should have good knowledge of basic gardening, plant care, irrigation, and seasonal maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, plants, trees, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
• Regular watering of plants and lawns as per requirement.
• Cutting, trimming, pruning, and shaping plants, bushes, and trees.
• Mowing and maintaining lawns and grass areas.
• Remove weeds, dry leaves, unwanted plants, and garden waste.
• Plant new flowers, plants, trees, and seasonal vegetation.
• Prepare soil, use manure/fertilizers, and maintain soil quality.
• Identify basic plant diseases, pests, and other plant-related issues.
• Maintain and properly use gardening tools and equipment.
• Keep garden pathways, outdoor seating areas, and surroundings clean.
• Maintain irrigation pipes, sprinklers, and basic watering systems.
• Ensure proper disposal of garden waste.
• Carry out seasonal gardening and plantation activities.
• Report any major garden, irrigation, or equipment issues to the owner/manager.
• Perform other outdoor maintenance duties as assigned.

• Good knowledge of gardening and plant maintenance.

• Punctual and disciplined.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of fertilizers, manure, pesticides, and plant care.
• Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in a farm house, resort, hotel, nursery, or large residential property will be preferred.
