Job Description
A gold appraiser evaluates the purity, weight, and market value of gold items like jewelry or coins to determine their worth for loans, sales, or insurance.
Gold Evaluation: Inspect and test items using touchstone/acid tests or electronic equipment (like XRF testers) to check karat purity and deduct for stones or non-gold parts.
Customer Service & Growth: Handle customer inquiries, generate new leads, and support branch targets or repeat business. [1, 2, 3, 4]
