Job Summary

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Electrical Project Engineer to join our Projects team. The candidate will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination of electrical project activities, with exposure to site execution and solar project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of electrical project activities.
• Support project engineers in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Assist in preparation and review of electrical drawings, BOQs, DPRs, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and support timely completion of project activities.
• Conduct site visits and assist with project inspections.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical issues at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and MIS.
• Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.
• Travel to project sites and business locations as per project requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and project execution.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project and business requirements.
• Ability to work at project sites whenever required.

Eligibility

• B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
• Candidates must be comfortable with travel and site visits.
• Delhi NCR candidates or candidates willing to relocate/travel are preferred.
