Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken female candidate to handle calls with healthcare leads for doctors, surgeons and hospitals. The primary responsibility will be to connect with patients, understand their requirements, coordinate appointments and help convert genuine leads into OPD consultations and IPD admissions/procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Call and follow up with leads generated through Google, Meta and other campaigns.
* Speak with patients regarding their health concerns, doctor consultations, surgeries and hospital services.
* Schedule and confirm OPD appointments.
* Follow up with patients for consultations, investigations, surgeries and IPD admissions.
* Maintain proper lead and follow-up records.
* Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams and patients.
* Handle patient queries professionally and build trust through effective communication.
* Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
* Female candidate with excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
* Prior telecalling, sales, counselling or customer-handling experience preferred.
* Healthcare/hospital experience will be an added advantage.
* Confident, polite and persuasive communication.
* Comfortable making a high volume of calls and regular follow-ups.
* Good basic computer/CRM/WhatsApp skills.
* Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
