Job Description – HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding the best talent to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to final selection

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process

Maintain an updated database of applicants and prepare regular recruitment reports

Assist in onboarding, background verification, and completing joining formalities

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism in all recruitment activities

Requirements:

6 months to 2 year of experience in HR recruitment

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines

Familiarity with modern sourcing methods, job portals, and screening techniques

Good understanding of HR procedures and MS Office tools

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
