Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel clients regarding overseas immigration, visa, and migration options.
2. Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
3. Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, timelines, and procedures.
4. Handle client queries and provide timely follow-ups.
5. Assist candidates with document collection and application preparation.
6. Coordinate with internal processing and documentation teams.
7. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM regularly.
8. Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into registrations.
9. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the immigration process.
10. Stay updated on relevant visa and immigration requirements.
11. Achieve assigned monthly counselling, registration, and conversion targets

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consultancy, overseas education, visa processing, or sales/counselling.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Good knowledge of overseas immigration and visa processes.
6. Ability to handle multiple clients and meet targets.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
