JOB DESCRIPTION
All what an Insurance Consultant plays a role in any insurance company.

Variable and Fixed payouts
Fixed Salary is paid only to Team Leaders.
Fixed Salary is payable as per corporate parameters on meeting some minimum business criteria.
Till that time, variable payouts are paid while working as Life Advisor)
If the candidate has already obtained IRDA Certification, the candidate can be recruited directly as Team Leader.
IRDA TEST
In case of fresher or no IRDA Certificate holder, Corporate will first provide free training of 5 days ( online / in person, followed by IC38, sponsored by the Corporate. The said test is conducted by IRDA, Insurance Regulatory Authority, a Govt Agency. Very minor fee is charged by IRDA for awarding certificate to the candidate.
Promotion
Insurance Consultant is called as Life Advisor in Kotak. Team Leader is called as Agency Associate. Agency Associate is further promoted as Senior and Chief Agency Associate and all pay outs are paid accordingly and as per corporate parameters. Corporate parameters are discussed in personal interview only.
