Job Description

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and assess the space for design feasibility 
  • Concept Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and 3D models to communicate ideas effectively 
  • Space Planning: Develop layouts and floor plans that optimize functionality, traffic flow, and spatial efficiency 
  • Material and Furnishing Selection: Choose furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and décor that balance aesthetics, durability, and budget 
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and design implementation, coordinating with contractors, architects, and vendors 
  • Compliance: Ensure designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards 
  • Presentation: Prepare visual presentations and proposals for client approval 
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies
