International Business Research Intern

Key Responsibilities -

Client Market Research

 Identify B2B Buyers: Prospect and build targeted lead lists of prospective international automotive spare parts importers, regional distributors, and fleet operators.

 Market Opportunity Analysis: Conduct global market research to identify emerging demand trends across passenger vehicle and commercial fleet segments. B. Email Marketing & Cold Outreach

 Campaign Execution: Assist in drafting, scheduling, and executing cold email sequences and newsletters to introduce product oAerings to foreign trade prospects.

 Lead Engagement & Tracking: Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and responses to categorize and prioritize warm/hot leads for senior account managers. C. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

 Inquiry Handling: Serve as a responsive primary contact for initial customer inquiries; gather specific order requirements and technical part specifications.

 Follow-up Management: Maintain active communication with prospective clients through timely follow-ups on pending inquiries and ongoing quotes. D. Customer Satisfaction & Post-Sales Support

 Feedback Collection: Contact active clients post-delivery to gather feedback on product quality, packaging, and delivery timelines to ensure top service standards.

 CRM & Record Maintenance: Keep customer interaction logs, feedback reports, and contact details accurately updated in the company database.

REQUIREMENTS

 Freshers with strong written and verbal communication skills (international communication skills preferred).

 High enthusiasm, zeal to learn global B2B sales processes, and strong business acumen.

 basic understanding or interest in email marketing tools, lead generation techniques, and market research methods.

 Familiarity with the automotive, manufacturing, or international trade sector is a plus.

 Working Days: 6 days a week (with one weekly oA).

 Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site.
