Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Hardware Support: replace parts for laptops, desktops, printers, and monitors.
• Software Management: Install and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office apps like Microsoft Office.
• Ticket Handling: Answer support requests, track problems.
• User Accounts: Set up new employee profiles, reset passwords, and manage permissions via Active Directory.
• Network Troubleshooting: Resolve basic Wi-Fi, LAN, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.
• Biometric Machine Installation and Configurations.
• Systems and Printers Sharing.
• System Assemble.
