Job Description

  1. Must have strong experience in personal loan/overdraft tele sales & operation.
  2. Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring productivity and performance.
  3. Handle clients and oversee leads generated by the team.
  4. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding cases and documentation.
  5. Must have hands-on experience in both team handling and cold calling.
  6. Guide clients through processes and provide regular status updates.
  7. Resolve customer queries and issues related to products and services.
  8. Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving conversions.
  9. Monitor daily activities, performance metrics, and team output.
  10. Provide training, motivation, and guidance to team members.
