Meridian is Hiring | Marketing Manager
Join Meridian and build your career in sales, marketing & leadership.
Meridian runs offline marketing and field sales campaigns for major brands — this role puts you in charge of a team delivering those campaigns on the ground, not stuck behind a desk.
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing executives
- Drive marketing campaigns & business growth from planning to execution
- Manage client and customer interactions directly — you own the relationship
- Achieve performance & revenue targets tied to real incentives
- Train, coach and mentor executives under you as your team grows
- Track campaign performance and generate results
Who this is for:
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome — this isn't a role that requires years of prior management experience. What matters is whether you can lead a room, hold a conversation, and stay driven when targets get tough.
