Job Description
Diagnose and repair smartphones and mobile devices.
• Handle display, battery, charging, software and other common mobile repair work.
• Provide doorstep repair service at customers’ locations when required.
• Handle devices carefully and maintain professional behavior with customers.
• Ensure quality repairs and proper testing before handing over the device.
• Maintain basic records of repair work and parts used.
Requirements:
• Basic to good knowledge of mobile phone repairing.
• Experience in mobile repairing will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to travel for doorstep service.
• Honest, responsible and punctual.
