Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including mopping, dusting, sweeping and table/chair cleaning.
- Keep cabins, common areas, pantry and meeting rooms neat and clean.
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic arrangement of pantry and office supplies.
- Assist other basic office work.
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the office.
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- ऑफिस की सफाई-सफाई का ध्यान रखना।
- रोजाना झाड़ू, पोछा और डस्टिंग करना।
- टेबल, कुर्सी, केबिन एवं अन्य ऑफिस एरिया की सफाई रखना।
- ऑफिस स्टाफ एवं विजिटर्स को चाय, कॉफी और पानी सर्व करना।
- पैंट्री और मीटिंग रूम को साफ एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।
- ऑफिस में जरूरी सामान को व्यवस्थित रखने में सहायता करना।
- ऑफिस में स्वच्छता और हाइजीन का उचित ध्यान रखना।
Skills & Requirements:
- Responsible, punctual and well-mannered.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Previous office boy/peon experience will be an advantage.
