Job Description
ob Description – Office Peon / Office Helper
- Maintain basic cleanliness and arrangement of the office.
- Serve water, tea and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Carry files, documents and parcels between departments.
- Assist with courier, bank and other nearby outdoor office work.
- Help with pantry and office supplies.
- Support staff with day-to-day office tasks.
Requirements:
- Honest, punctual and responsible.
- Polite and well-behaved.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Willing to perform indoor and outdoor office work.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
