Operation Manager

Position Title: Relationship Officer / Sales Executive – HL & LAP

Reports To: Office Manager

To execute day-to-day sales activities, generate quality leads, and manage the end-to-end loan application process for Home Loans and LAP customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead Generation: Source prospective HL and LAP customers through open market sourcing, cold calling, builder networks, and referred leads. 
• Client Consultation: Meet clients to understand their financial requirements, explain suitable product structures, and calculate loan eligibility. 
• File Login & Documentation: Collect complete, verified financial documents, property papers, and KYC compliance details for file login. 
• End-to-End Coordination: Track the loan status from login through credit appraisal, legal/technical clearance, up to final disbursement. 
• Customer Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction scores and generate referral business. 
• Cross-Selling: Cross-sell bundled financial products like property insurance or credit-linked life insurance policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Education: Graduate in any discipline. 
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in front-line sales for Home Loans, LAP, or personal/business loans. Freshers with a strong sales acumen can be considered. 
• Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, basic financial knowledge, and a high comfort level with continuous field travel.
