Order Processing & Packing Associate

·        Daily Packing: Pack customer orders including watches, sunglasses, belts, wallets, etc., accurately and efficiently.l

·        Labeling & Documentation: Print and affix shipping labels, invoices, and barcodes as per order and platform requirements (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry).

·        Quality Check: Inspect items for damages or defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.

·        Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure correct items are picked and available for dispatch.

·        Timely Dispatch: Prepare packages for daily courier pickups and maintain dispatch logs.

·        Packaging Compliance: Follow platform-specific packaging guidelines (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to avoid penalties or return issues.

·        Workplace Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packing area.

·        Other Duties: Assist in stock counting, re-packing, and other warehouse activities when needed.
