Job Description
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle and follow up with property leads
• Understand customer requirements and budget
• Explain project details, pricing & amenities
• Generate interest and qualify potential buyers
• Coordinate and schedule site visits
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion
• Maintain regular follow-ups and lead records
• Achieve assigned targets
👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Graduate in any stream
• Freshers are welcome
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Sales/Real Estate experience will be an advantage
