Job Title: Process Manager with Sales Acumen

Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: ₹15,000/month

Probation: First 2 months at ₹10,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end execution of online events and webinars.

- Schedule and send timely WhatsApp messages, reminders and emails using AiSensy.

- Call registered participants, handle queries and make sales calls.

- Manage LMS backend operations on TagMango.

- Draft WhatsApp messages and emails.

- Create posters and event creatives.

- Schedule emails and messages accurately and on time.

- Ensure smooth execution of events with zero avoidable errors.

-Minute to Minute update on tasks over whatsapp group - to keep updating what is done and what is left.

Skills Required

- Excellent time management and punctuality.

- High accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong written communication and WhatsApp message drafting skills.

- Basic poster designing skills.

- Experience with email scheduling and bulk messaging tools.

- Good calling, query-handling and sales skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Sundays.

Working Hours & Expectations

- Weekdays: Fixed working hours, 6 PM–10 PM.

- Sundays: Full-day availability from morning to late evening, with a few hours of afternoon rest.

- Tuesdays: Approximately 2 hours of work.

- Daily workload: Approximately 5–6 working hours on average, with flexibility based on event schedules.

- No fixed weekly holiday; availability is required as per the event calendar.

Important: This role requires exceptional punctuality and accuracy. Even a small mistake or delayed message can disrupt the entire workflow.
