Proctor/Invigilator

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding examination materials, content, and candidate & client information. ● Capable of handling multiple test takers at a time. ● Ability to resolve the test taker’s issues at the time of examination. ● Verifying the candidate environment whether it is secure or not. ● Finding the Integrity/security issues on a high priority. ● Monitoring the test takers for the entire duration of the test. ● Able to resolve the technical issues during the examination. ● Required to give assistance and troubleshoot the things as per the scenarios for the test takers. ● Making of live incidents on the session pages within the timeframe as per the incident occurs. ● Delivering the quality production to the client. ● Required to review and audit the delivered exams as per the management requirements. ● Creating reports and EOD and sending to the management as per the timeline given. ● Offer assistance to candidates with special accommodations or specific needs as required. ● Respond to inquiries or concerns from candidates in a courteous and helpful manner. ● Coordinating with the team members accordingly.
