Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. फैक्ट्री के प्रोडक्शन के लिए जरूरी Raw Material और Electronic Components की खरीद करना।
2. PCB, IC, Battery, Wire, Connectors, Plastic Parts, Packaging Material आदि की Procurement करना।
3. नए Vendors और Suppliers की तलाश करना और उनसे संपर्क बनाए रखना।
4. Suppliers से Price Negotiation करना और बेहतर रेट पर मटेरियल खरीदना।
5. अलग-अलग Suppliers से Quotations लेना और Price Comparison करना।
6. Production Team से मटेरियल की जरूरत समझना और समय पर Purchase Order बनाना।
7. Raw Material की Availability और Delivery को नियमित रूप से Follow-up करना।
8. Suppliers के साथ अच्छे Professional Relationships बनाए रखना।
9. Purchase Orders, Bills, Invoices और अन्य खरीद संबंधी रिकॉर्ड Maintain करना।
10. समय पर और सही Quality का मटेरियल फैक्ट्री में उपलब्ध करवाना।
