Job Description
Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
Source vendors and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Procure corporate gifts, promotional items, branding materials, packaging, and merchandise products.
Compare quotations and finalize cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with sales, production, and operations teams for timely material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock planning.
Ensure product quality and timely delivery as per client requirements.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor databases.
Identify new vendors and market trends for innovative gifting solutions.
Manage purchase orders and follow up on dispatch schedules.
